I have completed a Yogic Wellness training program and have over 10 years of experience working with students to help them achieve their health goals. I also have a background as a trained Chef, which gives me a deeper understanding of food.


Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.


During the 21 day plan we will meet once during the home retreat to talk about your goals and what you are wanting/needing. You will have a 15 minute check-in with me per week. Keep  list of questions so we can address all of your needs.


This is a Yogic diet. You will be on a dairy-free Vegetarian (eggs allowed) or a Vegetarian that is allowed a bit of dairy (just to help digestion) Vegan diets need to be started very gradually so your digestion does not go wacko on you. (good life lesson from Allie). .  


The first 3 day cleanse you will lose a minimum of 5-10 lbs. Your body will be allowed to start healing by eating foods that you can tolerate well and that don't cause an inflammatory response. On day 4 you will start testing foods. The Immune systems response to an inflammatory diet is a diversion of the body's energy from healing and repair. It allows whatever is latent in our genetic makeup to worsen whatever is chronic, like arthritis, migraines, depression ,etc. 



Chronic Inflammation exacerbates and hastens the aging process because it floods tissues with free radicals and promotes the destruction of normal cells. Inflammation is a major contributor to the cardiovascular and nervous system and is the key risk factor for heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, stroke, and cognitive and neurological disorders. so, kinda important, right?



Yes, this is a package that includes Yoga everyday. It will be on Zoom and Allie nor anyone on Zoom will be able to see you. So, you can do as little or as much as you like. But warning* you might just like Yoga.
